The Saskatoon Police Service’s traffic unit is once again reminding residents to slow down after a hefty fine was levied this weekend.

On Friday night officers report starting their evening with a 19 year-old driver going 132 km/h in the 60 zone on Claypool Drive.

Police report the driver was issued a $1044 fine and the vehicle is off to the impound lot for seven days.
