Ruth Street in Saskatoon will have various road closures between Lorne and Melrose avenues starting Monday at 7:00 a.m. for watermain lining work. Detours will be in place guiding motorists around the work zone. This project is expected to take seven days to complete, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.
Project restrictions:
Ruth Street closed between Lorne and Vernon avenues;
Ruth Street closed between McPherson and Melrose avenues; and
Kelvin Avenue closed between Bute and Ruth streets.
Saskatoon Transit may be affected by these detours. Transit service alerts and real-time bus information is available on third-party apps like Transit and Google Maps Transit on desktop.

The city of Prince Albert says there will be lane closures on 15th Street East from 1st Avenue East to 6th Avenue East on Monday, to widen, reconstruct and pave roadways.
Construction begins at 8 a.m. and is expected to continue all the way to August 10th.
One lane of traffic will be maintained in both directions. The work will occur in 9 work zones. Work Zone 4 will be in place starting Monday
Motorists are reminded to use caution, reduce speed and watch for directional signage.
