The Sask. Party is gearing up for a convention in Saskatoon in the fall. It’s slated to take place November 5 and 6 at TCU Place. The premier’s keynote will be on the 6.
In an election review to pump supporters up ahead of the convention, the party notes, among other highlights:
That in 2020, the Sask. Party became the first party to defeat the NDP/CCF, four times in a row.
The Saskatchewan Party captured 60.67% of the popular vote, the third highest in Saskatchewan provincial electoral history – only after a 64% win in 2011 and a 62% win in 2016.
And, that no other political party in Saskatchewan history has ever won over 60% of the popular vote, let alone three times in a row.
