If you have decided not to get vaccinated for COVID-19, prepare to be shunned. An Angus Reid survey shows 46 per cent of vaccinated Canadians say they’re unlikely or very unlikely to spend time around those who remain unvaccinated. The number is 44 per cent in Saskatchewan. That’s for people who are not only fully vaccinated but who had time to build up their immunity.

More than half of those who have received at least one dose of vaccine say it’s perfectly fine to ask someone about their vaccination status. Another three-in-ten say it depends, and are more comfortable asking family and friends, but less so strangers. Conversely, three-quarters of those who say they’ll forgo inoculation view being asked about one’s vaccination status as inappropriate.

When it comes to carrying proof of vaccination, most people say such proof should be mandatory at any public place, your place of work, at large gatherings, to board a chimerical airline, or for international travel.
