The 5th event of the season from the Wyant Group Raceway was Saturday.  Here are the results courtesy of Richard Woodvine from the Wyant Group Speedway:

Results for July 24, 2021 - Wyant Group Raceway - Saskatoon, SK

A little windy when the races started Saturday at Wyant Group Raceway 
but it turned into an absolutely gorgeous evening as the Prairie Office 
Moving and Installation Super Late Models, the Shell V-Power Sportsman, 
Golf’s Car Wash Street Stocks and Headrush Tattoo and Apparel Pro Trucks 
laid down the rubber.

It was almost a caution free evening as only the Pro Trucks drew the 
caution flag in their 40 lap feature.  The late models had one heat race 
start called back as Kenny Heintz, first time racing in a couple of 
years got a little excited and beat the pole position car to the line.

The rest of the night was filled with exciting incident free racing. 
Kelly Admiraal picked up the Late Model feature win, Sam Howlett seemed 
untouchable in winning the Sportsman feature. Even Bryan Johnson had 
nothing for Ryan Fredrickson in his win in the Street Stock Feature and 
Rob Naismith showed he was the top truck in the Pro Truck Feature.

We’re taking the long weekend off, but will be back in two weeks with 
the first and only race of the season for the Western Speed Association 
Super Late Models. A great car count is anticipated, backed up by the 
Schira Subways Bandoleros, the Shell V - Power Sportsman and the Golf’s 
Car Wash Street Stocks.

Racing is Saturday, August 7, with the front gates open at 4:00pm and 
the first green flag at 6:05pm.

While the re-open Saskatchewan Plan has removed all covid restrictions, 
the Saskatoon Stock Car Racing Association and Wyant Group Raceway will 
continue to encourage our patrons, volunteers and participants to employ 
safe practices, distancing and masks where warranted.
