It’s the first free Monday for the John Rayner Community Series from Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan. Spokesperson Richard Carnegie says each Monday night through August 23rd, which is the final Monday of the Shakespeare run, there is free programming on site, between the Nutrien Wonderhub and the University Bridge.

The professional artists are from all over Saskatchewan and the entertainment includes theatre, dance, music and spoken word. Some Mondays may also include panel discussions. Carnegie says there are a number of performers each Monday and the audience moves around the site as the performances take place, both inside and outside the tent.  You can pre-register through the Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan website, but walk-ups are also welcome.
