Corman Park Police say they laid an impaired charge in connection to the driver of a recreational vehicle this week. Officers arrested a 23 year old man after they say a side-by-side was being driven, too fast, in the ditch over terrain rough enough to damage the vehicle. Corman Park Police say when they tested for blood alcohol concentration it came back at .12 or 120 mg%. The driver was charged with impaired driving and driving over .08 and released for a future court date.
