Carlyle R-C-M-P were asking the public to avoid the area around the White Bear First Nation in Southeastern Saskatchewan Thursday. Just before 6 p.m. Thursday RCMP issued a release saying the situation was resolved and three people were in custody although residents could expect to see an increased police presence.    Members of the Carlyle R-C-M-P and other R-C-M-P personnel were on the scene at the White Bear First Nation in response to an ongoing investigation.
