Naomi Hunter, leader of the Saskatchewan Green Party, is jumping to federal politics. She has decided to go after the Regina Qu’Appelle seat currently held by Conservative incumbent, and former federal leader, Andrew Scheer.
She says she is running to be a voice for all of Saskatchewan, and the world. Hunter says our governments have failed to act on climate change and Green MPs are needed now who are ready to support communities facing threats of fire, flooding, and other extreme weather events.
