The last time the Green and White started a season 3-0 was in 2013…the last time the Riders won the Grey Cup. Well, Saskatchewan is 3-0 to open the 2021 C-F-L campaign following Saturday night’s 23-10 triumph over Ottawa at Mosaic Stadium. Quarterback Cody Fajardo ran for the Roughriders’ only touchdown of the game in the third quarter and finished with 321 passing yards while Brett Lauther connected on five field goals. The Green and White have a bye week before hosting Winnipeg in the Labour Day Weekend Classic on Sunday, September 5th.
