Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crime Unit South is now investigating a death, that was a previously a missing person case. On Wednesday officers received a report of a deceased person in a rural area west of St. Louis. An autopsy has been completed and the woman has been identified as Crystal Castle. Her family has been notified.

In an update also provided on Wednesday, Prince Albert Police said they had found the red Dodge Dakota truck that belonged to Castle, but she hadn’t been seen since August 11th in a red truck near the Circle K convenience store on 28th Street East.

 Missing Woman Considered Suspicious

RCMP are treating the investigation as a homicide. Anyone with information about Crystal’s death is asked to report it to their local RCMP Detachment or through Crime Stoppers.
