A 20-year-old Saskatoon man has been arrested and charged following an early Sunday morning disturbance in the area of the Broadway Bridge in which a firearm was observed. The Saskatoon Police Service responded to a 4:30 a.m. call on September 5 in which two men were seen to be in possession of a firearm and causing a disturbance. Officers arrived to find the suspects entering an apartment building in the 600 block of 8th Street East. The 20-year-old man was arrested shortly thereafter for being in possession of an imitation firearm, which the police seized. He was also found to be breaching his probation order.
