Saskatoon Police say there are traffic restrictions in place at 33rd Street West between Avenues F and H. Police say there was an accident involving a youth on a scooter and a vehicle in the 600 block of 33rd Street West. The accident happened around 9 this morning and the female victim has been taken to hospital by Medavie Health Services with what are believed to be serious injuries. Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
