A 23-year-old Regina man faces one charge of loading a firearm in a place it is not legal to be discharged following a September 6 incident.

Regina Police were called to a residence in the Northwest area of the city and found that a firearm had been discharged inside a garage with the bullet going through the closed garage door to the outside of the garage. Luckily, no one was injured, but an investigation led to the arrest of Slade Mascotto, who will make his first appearance in Provincial Court on October 27.
