A second suspect in a September 7 and 8 kidnapping in Yorkton has been located and arrested, leaving one man still at large.

Tyson Ledoux of Regina was arrested Tuesday and will appear in court Thursday. That leaves Scott Cook (pictured) yet to be found. Cook, Ledoux and Dustin Kennedy, who was previously arrested on September 13, kidnapped a male, known to all involved, in the early morning hours of September 7. The trio took the victim to a garage and held him there, threatening him with firearms, before releasing him on September 8. Yorkton R-C-M-P advises the public to not approach Cook if you see him. He is 34 years old, from Yorkton, standing 6’2″ tall and weighing 240 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. If you have any information as to Scott Cook’s whereabouts, you are asked to call your local police service or Crime Stoppers.
