The U of Saskatchewan Huskies football team continues practices in advance of the 2021 Canada West Conference season at Griffiths Stadium today. The campaign starts Saturday, September 25th with three games, including the Dogs visiting the Calgary Dinos. The Huskies’ home opener will be Saturday, October 16th against the Alberta Golden Bears. Kick-off time is 2 p.m. at Griffiths Stadium. However, Saskatchewan will play a non-conference game at home this Saturday against the Manitoba Bisons. Kick-off time is 2 p.m. at Griffiths Stadium.

The Western Hockey League Pre-Season is off until Friday when nine games are scheduled, including the Saskatoon Blades playing their first pre-season game against the Edmonton Oil Kings.
