The Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan says consumers may be eligible to claim compensating from Barlow Motors Saskatoon. The bond issued to the business has been demanded and paid.

Anyone who suffered a financial loss as a result of a vehicle transaction with Barlow Motors Saskatoon may be eligible to file a claim for compensation.

To determine claim eligibility, consumers should gather supporting documentation and contact the Consumer Protection Division via email vehicledealers@gov.sk.ca or phone 306-787-5550. Claims must be submitted by October 13, 2021.
