The Saskatoon Hilltops snapped a two game losing streak with a 25-10 win over Winnipeg Sunday at Saskatoon Minor Football Field.
The Toppers did turn the ball over six times in the win and struggled to move the ball consistently on offence. But, Saskatoon did enough to move into third place in the Prairie Football Conference with a 3-2 record. In other P-F-C action Sunday, Regina improved to 5-0 with a 22-10 win over the Edmonton Wildcats, while the Edmonton Huskies are 4-1 thanks to a 57-14 dismantling of winless Calgary. The Hilltops are back on the field next Sunday when they host the Edmonton Huskies.
