Three inmates from the Whitespruce Provincial Training Centre in Yorkton escaped custody on Monday afternoon and two have yet to be found. Yorkton RCMP says the three left a work/training site and had last been seen around 3:30 Monday afternoon in Yorkton.

Since then, one of the inmates has been found but the RCMP are now asking for the public in locating the other two. James Hadwen is 45 years old, about 6-foot-3 and 200 pounds with brown hair and eyes. He has ties to Alberta. Steven Mahingen is 34 year old, about 5-foot-7 and 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has ties to Kawcatoose First Nations.
