Moose Jaw Police say a 25-year-old Ontario man has been charged with impaired driving after a semi tractor-trailer collided with an overpass guard rail and rolled on Highway #1.

The accident happened around 9 o’clock Saturday night on Highway #1 on the eastern edge of the city.

The driver was extracted from the vehicle by the Moose Jaw Fire Department and treated at the accident scene by Moose Jaw EMS for minor injuries.

The accused is also charged with Failing to Comply with a Breath Demand. Damage was estimated at $400,000.00.
