The Moose Jaw Police Service has requested that Regina Police investigate the sudden death of an individual detained in the Moose Jaw Police detention facility. At 8:55 Thursday morning, officers found the body of a 40 year-old man in an individual holding cell. Police say they had been in contact with the male just minutes prior. Officers attempted CRP and medical personnel responded. The man could not be revived and was pronounced dead. Further information will not made available as the investigation continues.
