The Saskatoon Police Service’s Tactical Support Unit and Patrol Officers remain at the scene of a report of a weapon in a residence in the 1100 block of Avenue L at this hour.

The police presence in the area of Avenue L North and Avenue K North, near 33rd Street West, has been in place since shortly after 3 o’clock. The public is advised to avoid the area or follow police direction as the 1100 block of Avenue L North is closed, including back alleys in the area.
