Saskatoon Police responded to the report of a man wanted on a warrant in the 1100 block of Avenue L North yesterday (Thurs) afternoon, and learned there may be a firearm inside the home. The Tactical Support Unit assisted the Guns and Gangs Unit in executing the search warrant.
Police say two men were arrested; one when he left the home and the other was found hiding in the attic.

It’s alleged a 30 year old man was found with bear spray and two knives. One was concealed in the waistband of his pants. He faces charges of possession of a weapon dangerous to the public and carrying a concealed weapon.

Police report a 28 year old man had brass knuckles and he was on a Canada Wide Warrant for breach of statutory release. He is facing weapons-related charges. The investigation is continuing and further charges could be laid.
