Saskatoon Police found a 42 year old man suffering from numerous stab wounds considered life threatening early Saturday evening. Just before 7 p.m., a Constable with the K-9 Unit came across two males fighting in the south alley of Idylwyld Drive North and 32nd Street West. It was reported that when the officer drove up to them, a male wearing a red shirt and ball cap ran away northbound in the alley. The victim was transported to the hospital and is now considered in stable condition. Members from the Serious Assault Unit are investigating.
