A 17 year old boy has been charged in connection to a Regina Police Service investigation into a hit and run on Tuesday morning.

The preliminary investigation indicates a red Dodge Caravan struck a 35 year old man riding a bicycle, then fled the scene.

The victim remains in hospital.

On Wednesday, the teen was arrested and charged with failing to remain at the scene of an accident causing bodily harm.
