A two-vehicle collision early Saturday morning in Regina has resulted in the arrest of two men, drivers of the respective vehicles who were found to be impaired at the time.
Nineteen-year-old Liam Ivor Hutton and 50-year-old Stacey Kress, both of Regina, were arrested after a west-bound Ford F-150 turned left in front of an east-bound Hyundai Accent at the intersection of Chuka Boulevard and Arcola Avenue at about 3:25 a.m. on October 30th. A 19-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment of his injuries. Hutton will appear in Provincial Court on November 21st, charged with impaired operation of a conveyance by alcohol, drugs or a combination of both. Kress will appear in Provincial Court on November 25th on the same charge, as well as exceeding 80 milligrams of alcohol within two hours of operation of a conveyance.
