The Bridge City Bunch have started the season with an 8-2-1 record, the third-best 11-game beginning to a campaign in franchise history. All games were played in October, also the third-best mark for the 10th month of the year in the 58-year history of the Blue and Gold. The Blades own the W-H-L’s second-best power play, at 31.6 per cent, and top penalty kill, at 87.8 per cent thanks to 26 consecutive successful kills, going into November. Marsh says the special teams performance is what they strive for…..
