Someone who purchased a Western 6-49 ticket in Saskatoon for Wednesday, November 3rd has matched six out of six numbers and is the winner of $2 million.

Matthew Poppel recently won $55 million after purchasing the winning ticket in Saskatoon for the October 19th Lotto Max.  That is the second largest windfall in Saskatchewan.  The largest was $60 million won by a resident of Neville, Saskatchewan.

The lottery ticket winner has a year from the draw date to claim their prize.
