A 15 year old male has been charged with 2nd degree murder in connection to an investigation that started as a weapons call on November 1st for Regina Police.

Officers arrived in the 1200 block of Rae Street and discovered a 16 year old girl outside a home who was confirmed deceased by EMS.

The Regina Police Service says investigation into the circumstances of her death, which was deemed a homicide, led to the arrest.

Meanwhile, the Regina Police Service and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service have begun a death investigation after a death on Sunday.

Just before 6:00 a.m. patrol members were dispatched to the 2100 block of Heseltine Road for a report of a death. When officers arrived they located the body of an adult male, who was confirmed to be deceased.
