On Wednesday around 6 p.m., Moose Jaw RCMP responded to a fatal pedestrian/vehicle accident on Highway 1,  just east of that city. Police concluded a 21 year old Moose Jaw woman had been struck while on the highway’s eastbound lanes. The driver remained at the scene. The eastbound lanes of the highway were closed during the initial investigation. Moose Jaw RCMP and a Saskatchewan RCMP Traffic Reconstructionist continue to investigate.
