The annual Teddy Bear Toss game goes tonight (sat) at SaskTel Centre when the Blades host the Prince Albert Raiders. Alternate captain Tristen Robins will be looking for a third straight Teddy Bear Toss goal when the puck drops at 7 o’clock. Teddy Bears will be available for purchase at the Frozen Pond store inside SaskTel Centre when doors open at 6 o’clock. Fans are also encouraged to bring their own new, unused stuffed animals to throw onto the ice as long as they are wrapped in a plastic bag for safety and cleanliness. The bears will then be picked off the ice and delivered as an early Christmas present to local children and families this holiday season. This will be the final game for the Saskatoon Blades before the Christmas break.
