Regina Police say the death investigation following the discovery of a body in a house fire on Thursday is now being investigated as a homicide. Emergency crews were called out to a fire in the 1400 block of Cameron Street for a house fire just before 11 o’clock Thursday morning. After the fire was extinguished, fire crews found a deceased person. The victim, an adult male has been identified and next of kin have been notified. Police aren’t releasing the victim’s name at this time.
