The Saskatchewan Health Authority is putting family presence restrictions in place for Regina and area Long-Term Care Homes because of the increased risk of the COVID-19 Omicron variant in the Regina area. The SHA says, in order to keep the Long-Term Care homes in the area, including Cupar, Lumsden, and White City/Emerald Park, safe, family presence and visitation is being restricted to level 1 as of Thursday.
Level 1 means two essential family or support persons are allowed for each person, with only one person present at a time indoors.
