The year may be over, but the homicide statistics for Regina in 2021 have just risen to 15. The Regina Police Service reports that two people, a man and a woman, have been arrested and charged in connection to the investigation into the death of 22 year old Harvey Beatty of Prince Albert. His body was found in Greenberg Park on December 16th, but it wasn’t confirmed as a homicide until recently. Forty-one year old Aaron Craig Alexson and 30 year old Toni Marie Manitopyes of Regina are charged with second degree murder.
