The Western Hockey League says there will be a league-wide rescheduling exercise at some point in the future, after postponing three games originally slated for next week.
Games featuring Regina at Winnipeg and Red Deer at Edmonton next Tuesday, February 15, along with Moose Jaw at Lethbridge for Thursday, February 17 have been scrubbed for now. They will be part of a league-wide rescheduling, made necessary by the various post-Christmas break COVID-19-related postponements caused by outbreaks that affected all 22 teams. The Saskatoon Blades have three games awaiting rescheduling, from January 25 in Medicine Hat, January 26 in Lethbridge and January 28 at SaskTel Centre against Brandon. WHL ANNOUNCES POSTPONEMENT OF THREE WHL REGULAR SEASON GAMES

Calgary, Alta. – The Western Hockey League announced today the postponement of three (3) WHL Regular Season games due to a series of forthcoming WHL scheduling adjustments.
The following three WHL Regular Season games have been postponed and will be rescheduled to later in the season as part of a League-wide rescheduling exercise:
Tuesday, February 15
- Red Deer at Edmonton
- Regina at Winnipeg
Thursday, February 17
- Moose Jaw at Lethbridge
Further updates to the WHL Regular Season schedule for 2021-22 will be provided at a later date. Ticket holders are encouraged to contact their Club for ticketing information.
