The Saskatoon Police Service says officers have arrested and charged two people in connection to a homicide dating back almost seven years. On April 1st of 2015 Danil Tsannie was found dead from a gunshot wound outside a home in the 100 block of Avenue I North. He was 16 years old at the time. Investigators had determined he’d arrived at that home with the intention of spending the night. Through the investigation two persons of interest were identified. A 27 year old woman, Keshia Kakakaway, and 26 year old Erick Henricks appeared in court Wednesday morning, charged with First Degree Murder, and are back in court on Friday.
