Today is Pink Shirt Day which signifies taking a stand against bullying.
The City of Saskatoon is showing its support by encouraging staff to wear pink to raise awareness and providing staff with education and tools on workplace bullying and how to report it.
Saskatoon Transit vehicles can be spotted around the city sporting pink t-shirt decals. Roadways, Fleet & Support have also added pink shirt decals to their trucks and graders to raise awareness of the day.
If you see one of the fleet vehicles out with pink shirts, you’re encouraged to snap a picture and tag @cityofsaskatoon @stoontransit with #PinkShirtDay on Twitter.
