The Regina Police Service has charged a 23 year-old woman from Regina in connection to an October 2021 homicide.

The death investigation began on October 13th when police responded to the 1700 block of Ottawa Street for a report of deceased person. The deceased adult woman was later identified as 24 year-old Peri Redwood.

23 year-old Hope Cyr of the Punnichy area is charged with second-degree murder. She made her first court appearance Thursday morning in Provincial Court.
