Hundreds gathered at Saskatoon City Hall on Sunday afternoon to show their support for Ukraine. The latest UN estimates indicate 400,000 have fled Ukraine.

Yesterday Canada’s Transport Minister Omar Alghabra announced a ban on all Russian aircraft and operators in another retaliatory move over Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
The first military flight is expected to leave today as Canada sends 25-million dollars in defensive equipment such as helmets, body armour, gas masks and night vision gear to help Ukraine.
