Virtual care became a “go-to” because of the COVID-19 pandemic and now the Government of Saskatchewan wants to know what you thought of the experience.
The province is seeking feedback from patients as well as health care providers regarding their experiences of conducting doctor’s appointments over the phone or through a video visit, or possible text/email.
Health Minister Paul Merriman says, “And if you haven’t used virtual care, we’d like to hear about that too. I encourage everyone to participate as we work to shape the future of virtual care.”
The government plans to use the information gathered to develop a long term provincial strategy around virtual care.
You can vote in polls, complete a survey, share a story or an idea up until April 30th by visiting virtualcare.saskatchewan.ca.
If you require an alternate method of participation, call 306-787-6750 or email virtualcare@health.gov.sk.ca.
