The Saskatchewan RCMP Federal Serious and Organized Crime North Unit is renewing its request for tips on where Billy Glenold-Fleury might be. He has ties to Saskatchewan, Quebec, Alberta and British Columbia.
He is one of four people charged with trafficking persons, material benefit from trafficking persons, withholding or destroying identity documents and charges related to participating in the activities of a criminal organization. The other three, Mali Jean, Kenny Jouthe, and Bechir Ben Salah have been found.
Last June the RCMP advised the public about these four men in relation to an investigation into a suspected human trafficking group operating across Western Canada. RCMP say there are many different facets of human trafficking, the most commonly known being sexual exploitation or sex trafficking, which is different from the charges laid to date for this specific investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police.
