Conservative candidate Leslyn Lewis was in Yorkton as part of her leadership campaign. She feels that her work in everyday life sets her apart from the other candidates.

Lewis says comes from industry she comes from business, she’s been in law school, she has represented companies abroad, she’s employed people and says the other leadership candidates don’t have her experience because they are career politicians.

A new leader will be elected on September 10th, after Erin O’Toole was ousted from the position following the 2021 federal election.
