Police have arrested and charged two other people in connection to the death of 22-year-old Cody Tait on the Beardy’s and Okemasis Cree Nation.
The RCMP Major Crime Unit has arrested 20-year-old Scotty Jimmy of North Battleford and 20-year-old Allison Bear of Saskatoon.
Both are facing charges of second-degree murder. The two appeared in Saskatoon court Monday.
On March 27th, police received a report of a shooting on the First Nation. Life saving measures were unsuccessful and 22-year-old Tait of Saskatoon was pronounced dead at the scene.
Robbie Cameron has already been charged in connection to the death. He is also facing a second-degree murder charge.
