Regina Police have charged a man in connection to an incident of indecent exposure in 2019. The 57 year old is an inmate at a correctional facility. A news release from the Police Service says the case serves as a reminder that open investigations are not forgotten. Then don’t have a “best before” date.
Police say the incident occurred at a large department store in the 4500 block of Gordon Road in Regina just after 4 in the afternoon of June 2nd, 2019. A man was seen entering the store and walking through main aisles as well as entering various departments. Police allege that just before 5, the suspect entered the children’s clothing section and began to touch himself. This was witnessed be a child who alerted her mother. Byron Douglas Harpold is charged with indecent exposure to a person under 16 and breach of recognizance.
