Saskatoon Police Service says the incident in the 300 block of Avenue H South has concluded and one man has been safely taken into custody.

Earlier Wednesday morning police had warned of an individual in a home in the neighbourhood possibly armed with a gun.

With the investigation ongoing, residents can expect a police presence in the area to continue.
