The 2022 Broomball National Championships start today and run through Saturday at Merlis Belsher Place in Saskatoon. A total of 17 women’s, mixed and men’s teams from across the country will be taking part, including the host Bruno Bombshells women’s team and the host Bruno Axemen men’s team. Also among the five women’s division teams are the Saskatoon Flyers, among the four mixed division teams are the Saskatoon Kings and the Saskatchewan Wolfpack and also among the eight men’s division teams are the Odessa Renegades. Games run from 9 a.m. through 9 p.m. today through Friday with Saturday’s championship action running between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
