The Saskatchewan Marathon goes tomorrow (sun) at Diefenbaker Park in Saskatoon. Participants will then make their way through a number of central neighbourhoods in Saskatoon and along the Meewasin Trail. Community support can be vital to the success of marathons. That’s why the Saskatchewan Marathon is offering ways people across the city can become involved. Volunteer positions are still open and they can be found by clicking on the link below. There is also a Race Expo taking place at Prairieland Park until 5 o’clock this afternoon for those looking for new running shoes, socks, shirts, shorts, etc. If you have a loved one or someone you care about taking part in the marathon, come out to the finish line village and cheer them on.

Victoria Avenue northbound lanes closed between Taylor Street and Saskatchewan Crescent
Saskatchewan Crescent road and lane closures between Victoria Avenue and Taylor Street
Traffic Bridge road closed between Saskatchewan Crescent and 19th Street
Spadina Crescent road closed between Power Road and Schuyler Street
Spadina Crescent road and lane closures between 2nd Avenue and Pinehouse Drive
