Forty-one year old Ernest Whitehead appeared in court this morning, charged with indignity to human remains from the Saskatoon Police Service homicide investigation of Megan Gallagher, who was reported missing in September of 2020. Last night (Wed), the RCMP arrested one of the three others wanted in connection to Gallagher’s death.

Forty-four year old Roderick William Sutherland was taken into custody in the Prince Albert area following a tip from the public. He is expected to appear in court tomorrow morning, also charged with indignity to human remains. Police are looking for two others, 44 year old John Wayne Sanderson and 42 year old Jessica Sutherland, who are facing the same charge.

Anyone with information on there whereabouts or about the case is asked to call the police or leave a tip anonymously with Crime Stoppers.
