The Saskatoon Police Service Guns and Gangs Unit, with help from members of the Tactical Support Unit, executed a search warrant at a home in the 300 block of Barber Crescent on Wednesday. Officers believed firearms may be inside. Police report several people were inside at the time and were detained and later released, other than a 27 year old Saskatoon man. He is charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm and unsafe storage.
