A third person has been arrested and charged in the April 15 death of Trinity Squirrel. A 20-year-old Saskatoon woman was arrested without incident Wednesday morning and is charged with second degree murder.
The Saskatoon Police Service doesn’t anticipate making any other arrests in this case after 22-year-old Squirrel was found injured on Hodgson Road, near Highway 7, about five kilometres southwest of Saskatoon. He was pronounced dead shortly after emergency responders arrived on the scene.
Previously on April 16, a 33-year-old woman and a 27-year-old man were arrested and charged with second degree murder.
R-C-M-P investigators determined that Squirrel had been at a residence in the 600 block of Wardlow Road prior to being found injured.
The first two people arrested were found at that address.
